Returns & Cancellations

Thank you for choosing ARK Afterschool. We are committed to providing high-quality digital education and physical facilitator resources. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any digital courses, physical materials, or subscription services through our platform.

1. DIGITAL GOODS AND LMS ACCESS

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate delivery of, and access to, our online courses, Learning Management System (LMS) materials, video content, and downloadable resources, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once digital access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your digital access payment is non-refundable and that you forfeit any right to dispute the charges based on a change of mind or personal dissatisfaction with the online material.

2. PHYSICAL RESOURCES AND FACILITATOR MATERIALS

For physical course materials, workbooks, or facilitator guides shipped to your address, the following terms apply:

  • Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for physical facilitator materials due to a change of mind, course cancellation on your end, or order errors made by the purchaser. Please review your cart details carefully before submitting your order.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your physical resources arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted, you are entitled to a replacement. You must notify us at support@ark-educate.org within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier's marked delivery date. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will ship a replacement package at no additional cost to you.
  • Incorrect Shipments: If we accidentally ship you the wrong materials or miss an item from your packing slip, notify us within seven (7) days of delivery, and we will immediately dispatch the correct resources.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS

  • Processing Time: All physical orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before handing off to the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping Addresses: You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect address inputs. Packages returned to us as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender" will incur a re-shipping fee to be paid by the customer before we send it out again.
  • Lost in Transit: Once a package leaves our facility and receives a tracking number, delivery fulfillment is handled by the carrier. If your tracking status shows your package is lost or stalled, contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have purchased a recurring monthly or annual membership to access our Services, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellation Control: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or contacting us at support@ark-educate.org.
  • Effective Date: Cancellations must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your next scheduled billing date. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current, paid billing cycle.
  • Access Retention: Following cancellation, you will retain full access to the subscription materials until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of an active billing cycle.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

You agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for any legitimate digital or physical transaction completed on our Site. If you initiate a fraudulent chargeback claim, we reserve the right to immediately report your account status to the payment processor alongside your precise user access logs, shipping tracking data, and proof of delivery. Banned or suspended users are strictly ineligible for returns or credits.
